Brought to you by the original #rs3fastmakers, Eurocode is excited to announce the release of our complete drop-in piston/rod combination for the 2.5L evo2 DAZA and DNWA motor.
Capable of supporting in excess of 1000 horsepower, our upgrade requires no modifications to the engine block.
Included in the combination are Eurocode/Mahle pistons with CP Carrillo connecting rods. Choose from either WMC rod bolts or CARR rod bolts, specifications for each of the components are listed below.
Eurocode/Mahle Motorsport Drop in Pistons
- Proprietary MAHLE skirt coating, designed for use with TWAS cylinder walls, no engine sleeving required
- 4032 alloy forging, which allows quiet but strong performance for high boost pressures
- Machined to exact tolerances on purpose-built equipment manufactured by Mahle
- Coated with a phosphate dry lubricant used to defend against strains caused by initial engine start-up
- Hard anodized top ring groove to protect against mico-welding, ensuring ring performance in harsh environments
- Custom H13 material, thick wall wrist pin

- HC385 coated steel 1.0mm top, 1.2mm napier 2nd & 2.8mm oil ring set
- Steel thin ring design which delivers low mass and extended RPM range without loss of ring stability

- Capable up to 1500 HP
